I wrote “Grief Comfort Guide: A Personal Journey from Loss to Light” to share in this memoir how I was able to get through the dark reign of grief from the loss of seven of my loved ones and come out of it whole, positive and happy. The first part of the book is about grief and I offer the steps I took that helped me. There are also some meditations that may bring a few moments of peace. The second part of the book is my personal memoir as I celebrate the lives of each of my loved ones who have passed. Their stories are interesting and I’ve included some fun times I had working in Old Hollywood.
